The Managing Committee of Rahmaniya English School is pleased to offer our Conference Hall for private functions, family gatherings, educational programmes and socio-cultural activities, whenever it is not required for school use.

Standard minimum rate

₹5,000

A nominal, non-profit charge intended purely to cover electricity consumption and post-event cleaning expenses.

Availability at a glance

Settle the nominal charge at the Administrative Office.

Guidelines

  • Users must respect and maintain the sanctity, cleanliness and discipline of the educational institution at all times.
  • Evening programmes must strictly conclude within the permitted hours to maintain campus security.
  • No event may be conducted without a completed booking request and documented approval.
